The Baxi 800 System Boiler is designed for homes with high hot water demand or multiple bathrooms. Its compact 290 mm cupboard fit and built-in pipework make installation neat and space-saving, while the included Adey MagnaClean Micro2 system filter helps protect both the boiler and the heating system.

For convenience, the boiler is compatible with the Baxi uSense smart heating control, allowing you to manage heating and hot water remotely via smartphone or tablet. Certified to operate on natural gas or LPG without a conversion kit, it is also hydrogen-ready (up to 20%). The Baxi 800 can be paired with a hot water cylinder such as the Megaflo Eco or a Baxi cylinder for additional capacity.

Reliable year-round performance is ensured with a pre-heated siphonic condensate trap that prevents freezing in winter. For peace of mind, the boiler comes with a warranty of up to 10 years (subject to Baxi’s terms and conditions).
